Refund Policy

At Premier Consulting, we take pride in delivering high‑quality, professional services rooted in clarity, collaboration, and integrity. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.

 

Service‑Based Refunds

Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are generally not issued once work has begun. This includes time spent on planning, communication, document creation, curriculum refinement, or any other billable service outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

 

Project Deposits and Pre‑Payments

Any deposits or pre‑payments made to secure services are non‑refundable, as they reserve time and resources specifically for the client’s project.

 

Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Before work begins: A refund may be issued minus any administrative or scheduling costs already incurred.

  • After work has begun: No refund will be provided, but the client will receive all completed work up to the cancellation date.

 

Quality Concerns

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of a deliverable:

  • We will gladly provide reasonable revisions aligned with the original project scope.

  • Requests that fall outside the agreed‑upon scope may require a new agreement or additional fees.

 

Completed Work

Once a deliverable has been submitted—such as curriculum language refinement, assessment review, written reports, or consulting documentation—no refunds are issued.

 

Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will review the concern promptly and make corrections if appropriate.
